Worked on a little project with my sister. We wrote a song about my sister's friend. She's still hasn't let go of her love for her boyfriend. They had to separate becuase the guy's family wanted them apart. So sad, anyway she has trouble letting go so the song is about her asking the love to let go of her, because she can't.

This is so cool, I just installed this program called Picasa2 and Hello. These programs are cool and best of all its free. Picasa is a free picture viewer and organizer by the makers of google. The great thing about it is that it can link directly to hello another program, which allows you to post pictures from picasa to your blog automatically now aint that cool!

Thought it was gonna be a slow night

hey, I havent really blogged anything... nothing but lyrics and shit, but anyways... hmm maybe I should just write something so this thing can move along....

My band Overtone plays at this bar in Pasong Tamo called Studio-M (Lots of thanks to Aimee), at first we were kinda iffy for reasons I cant really express, but anyways it looks like its turning out really well. Our very first gig there was canceled the same day.. so that sucked, Apparently there was some sort of mix up with the scheduling, too bad I invited a lot of people to go. Our real first gig there was actually pretty good. Out of all the people I invited to go (you know who you are) only Bats went, of course she brought a long her cool swedish friends along and Rommel Too! yeah it was fun, the turn out was pretty good, lots of people we didnt know so, at least we got to play in front of a newer audience. Ok that was last week.

Last night was started slow, we were waiting for people to arrive. I think 11PM there was only one table with people.. and they were friends of ours hehehe. So like we always say "If we play, they will come" everntually it did fill up a bit, thanks to our Ilonggo friends who watch us all the time in Yaku (another bar we play in) made a surprise visit. They are great, always love playin' gigs when they are around simply because you can easily see that they are really enjoying the music and not just chit chatting. There were a few celebrities too that night, Angel Aquino (of course) Jodie Santamaria, Jenny Hernandez and Angelica De La Cruz, who is in fact one of the owners of the bar. Rudy Fernandez was there too and waved a quick goodby to Frank as he left the bar. Sherwin a friend of ours really missed a lot... and its not our show that he missed hahaha. All good nights have to end, had to go cause' I had to wake up early for work the next day... bummer. At least we got a new set of people to watch us and got to watch a new set of people (duh did that make sense?). Most of them will be coming back next week bringing with them more friends to watch us. --- COOL

Thats it first, I think I'm gonna go make myself a protein shake.
